Try the following
Burger with mozzarella and courgette fries
Ingredients
For the burger
¼ red onion, finely chopped
150g/5½oz minced beef
salt and freshly ground black pepper
50g/2oz mozzarella
1 tbsp olive oil
For the courgette fries
½ courgette, cut into matchsticks
100ml/3½fl oz milk
50g/2oz flour
250ml/9fl oz vegetable oil

Method
1. In a bowl, mix the red onion with the minced beef and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Shape the mince into a burger, then insert the mozzarella into the middle of the burger.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan. Add the oil and cook the burger for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until cooked through.
3. Take off the heat and leave to rest for 3 minutes.
4. Make the courgette fries. Dip the courgettes in the milk, then coat the courgettes in flour.
5. Heat the oil in a heavy-bottomed saucepan. It is ready when a breadcrumb that is dropped in will sizzle gently in it. (CAUTION: hot oil can be dangerous. Do not leave unattended.) Place the courgettes in the hot oil and deep fry for 4 minutes until golden. Remove with a slotted spoon and drain on kitchen towels.
6. To serve place the burger on a plate and serve the courgette fries on the side

Or you can made fries this way
Ingredients
5 large baking potatoes, peeled
salt
4 tablespoons olive oil

Method
1. Preheat the oven to 190C/375F/Gas 5
2. Cut the potatoes into large chips around 2.5cm/1in thick.
3. Place them in a large bowl and add the oil and some salt.
4. Mix well, using your hands works best.
5. Lay them out on some tin foil on a baking tray and place in the oven.
6. Bake for 35-45 minutes, turning after 20 minutes, until golden brown.
7. Serve.

If you can't figure that out on your own you should probably be at McDonalds.

But on the off chance that you are serious I'll tell you. Heat veggie oil in a pot until it is hot (you'll know when you flick a little water into it crackles and pops) Get a potato and cut it into french fry size pieces and drop into the oil - fry until the potatoes are golden brown remove from the oil and dry on a paper towel - add salt. Get ground beef from the butcher or buy premade patties. If you get the ground beef pull off enough to make a ball in your hand a little smaller than a tennis ball. Flatten it into a pattie and put in on the hot griddle, cook it until the inside is not pink. Add salt and pepper to taste. (I won't go into any other spices cuz you probably wouldn't know what I'm talking about)

Serve the hamburger between two pieces of bread with lettuce, pickles, onions, mayonaise, mustard and ketchup.

Ultimate Hamburgers

1 pound lean ground chuck
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 cup mayonnaise
2 tablespoons ketchup
1 tablespoon sweet pickle relish
3 thick slices tomato
3 thin slices sweet onion
sliced dill pickle
3 split and toasted hamburger buns

Shape ground beef into 3 thick patties, trying not to pack too much. Heat skillet over medium high heat. When skillet is very hot, sprinkle salt in the skillet and cook patties for 3 minutes on each side, or until done as desired. Meanwhile, in a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, ketchup, and relish. Spread a little mayonnaise mixture on each bun. Top with hamburger patties, tomato slice, and onion slice. Serve with dill pickle slices.
Serves 3.
If you use leaner beef, the burgers might be a bit dry.

French Fries

Here's the simple directions:
Take some ground beef & add seasoning (salt & pepper & garlic powder).
Pick it up in your hands and form a patty shape.
Put in a fry pan or George Forman grill cook for about 10 min, flipping once.

For french fries, you may want to buy the frozen ones from the store.
You can either fry them in a pan with hot oil or put them on a baking sheet & bake in oven & 400 degrees for about 15 min.
Good Luck!

This is My recipie.

Hamburger:

- 1LB of Ground meat. I use turkey now, but I used to used lean
beef.
- 1tsp of Spicy Brown Mustard
- 1 tsp of Ketchup
- 1 pinch of course ground Kosher Salt
- 4 1"w x 2"l x 1/4 " h slices of provolone cheese

Combine all except cheese in a mixing bowl with hands.
Separate int four equall portions.
Grab 1 of the cheese slices and surround it by one of the four portions of meat.
Press flat into a 1/2" thick patty.
Cook on grill at medium/high heat for about seven minutes each
side. (You should be able to hold your hand for 3 seconds over the grill plat before you have to remove it. Don't touch the metal and burn yourself though!)
Do not flip more than once.
Cook longer for a more well done burger.

For fries, I just cut up six to seven claened potatoes into wedges. I place them in my pot of hot Vegetable oil and cook them for about 15 minutes. (Make sure they are dry to avoid splatter and fire!) I then test them with a fork, if it goes through easliy, they are done. Make sure you have a Draning spoon to place and remove the fries. Last, place the fries on a plate with a paper towel and salt to desired effect.

It depends on what kind you like. My favorite is to get some Frank's Red Hot and mix it in with hamburgers and then put them on medium until they are medium well. For fries... I like steak fries. I get the fry seasoning and bake them in the oven for the time that package asks for. Yummy!
