Depends on what kind of stuff you like - maybe she got you something related to one of your interests:
ie., if you like music, maybe she got you a CD from a band you like
if you like outdoorsy activities maybe she got you camping gear
if you like tekkie stuff, maybe she got you a cool new electronic gadget
if you like photography, maybe she got you a state of the art camera or a photo printer
Just a few "tailored" suggestions.
And here are some of the other "standards" that guys usually get from girls:
ties
clothes (sweater/shirt, pants, bathrobe, slippers)
cologne
Is there anything that you've hinted at, saying "Gee, I'd kinda like this" in front of her? Maybe she got you that...
