While it can very widely from church to church. The belief systems includes speaking in tongues (Biblical languages) by members of the congregation. Adult Baptism by a willing convert. Evangelical (active conversion and education) processes. They are heavily into the End of Times concept and what many term "the rapture" (I personally have problems with the term as it comes from a 15 year old girl and not the Bible). They are actively looking to discover the identity of the Anti-Christ. They are somewhat anti-government and usually have things to say over the Oklahoma City bombing (not being done by McVie) and the Waco Texas (Branch Dividian) incident.

They often uses halls or homes instead of traditional church buildings made specifically, but not always.

There is an active participation between the congregation the the minister. They do things as a group. It's kind of like a sport, like football or basketball and the minister is the coach and the congregation are the players. If you think in those terms you get an idea of what goes on.

Pentecostal Apostolic is often a complicated belief system. The basis is Repentance (Telling God you are sorry for your sins), Baptism by immersion in the name of Jesus Christ, and then speaking in tongues. They believe you speak in tongues on a fairly regular basis. The standards are quite strict, such as women always wear dresses, skirts, certain length. Women do not wear makeup or pants/shorts, etc. Men are to have short hair, no shorts, no smoking or drinking or swearing, etc. Most Pentecostals do not watch tv, go to movies, dances, secular sports.
