If we just pray for people, then why did Jesus pray and rebuke the storm and command the waters to be still when they encountered the storm?

Usually, I sign on, and pray for people who I come in contact with. I have prayed for many people on this website. Sometimes I simply pray that God will intervene in their lives because He already knows just what they are in need of. If I can't think of a right answer to give to a difficult question, I will pray that God directs someone to the question to supply the answer they need.

I do not, but maybe I should. But not for the non-believers.

I really hurt for the Christians who have a warped view of what God wants from us. There is SO MUCH finger pointing and judging going on here.

Please look at John 3:17.

He did not come to judge, but to love. What makes us think that we can point fingers if He doesn't.

Let people live, and love them.
Live, love, and laugh.

Remember, Jesus sought out the sinners, not the religous. It is not sin that will keep you from heaven, but your pride.

Yes, and all of us should and indeed must invoke the Holy Spirit so that we can deliver the true word of God humbly and without prejudice, also we need the protection of the Holy Spirit because this forum is also a spiritual battlefield.

I do. There are so many folks who reach out to us who have literally no where to go for support. I can't help but be moved to pray for them in their time of need.

I pray everyday that God will open the eyes of the ignorant, send his peace and love to those that need it most. Thanks for asking.
