They really did not come up with anything that was not what we already know (and are doing) or was not totally inane (such as the recommendations to 'involve' Iran and Syria in Iraq.
For those who do not know: Iran and Syria are sponsoring the violence in Iraq because they do _not_ want to see a democracy get established there.

A lot of nonsense some of the people on the study group Sandra O Conner, Vernon Jordan, Leon Panetta if you wanted to set war strategy are these the people who you would want to confer with? why not add Mickey Mouse also? One of the recommendation is talking to Iran and Syria...... If you were passing legislation againts child molesters would you go seek the advice of child molesters about the best way to do this...makes no sense I see a recipe for disaster in most of this report. High schoolers could have come up with the same suggestions.
