Admiration means that they see something in you that they would like to emulate. They might admire the fact that you are strong-willed. This means that they acknowledge it is a good thing and wish they had it to!

Appreciate is similar to thanking you or being happy that you're around. You appreciate someone for what they do, not who they are!

Hope that helps!

When someone admires you, they usually are complementing you on a specific quality. Like I admire your ability to be so nice to people.

Appreciate is saying thank you for something you have done. For example, I appreciate that you took the time out to talk to me. Hope that helps

To admire someone is to think that they are a worthy person, either because of some worthwhile deeds that they have done, or because of the strength of their character. To appreciate someone usually implies that they have done something specifically for you, and that you are grateful for it. That's not always the case, though, and the terms can be used interchangeably.

Admiration has nothing to do with appreciation. You appreciate someone because they have done something for you out of the kindness of their heart, like taking care of you when you are sick. You admire someone because of who they are, not necessarily for what they have done for you, but maybe what they have done for others, like the Pope or Mother Teresa.

I admire your lips and appreciate what they could do. Anyway, to the question... to appreciate you is to is to agree and look up to the things you do or say. To be able to relate to you and to be able to use the things you say or do in a positive way.

To admire you is to be able to look at who you are and what you stand for and take away from that what could be used in my life and my moral foundation. To see you and think of the beauty that lies inside and not just out.

I admire your beauty and appreciate your brain!

If someone admires you, they may look up to you for something if they appreciate you I think that they feel deeply for what efforts that you put forth in accomplishing something.
