Whats the best form of exercise for a flatter stomach after 5 pregnancies and can you really get it back flat again or am I dreaming?

Although I cannot relate to your situation in that I don't have children, the exercise that helps my stomach the most is the incline bench at the gym. Once you can do about 15 situps on the incline, try doing it by holding a 5 lbs weight.

You not dreaming put those legs on the sofa lay flat and do about 10 . Remember after 5 kids your stomach may not be the same.
But stomach exercise will help. Check with your health care professional to see if those Stomach exercises will help you and not hurt you.
