I don't see any airlines offering nonstop flights between Brussels and Jersey currently, but BA has a $267USD return fare, which is the cheapest I see for all of January. Flight time, including connection via Gatwick, is 5 hours and 15 minutes to Brussels; 3 hours and 35 minutes on return.

Brussels is the capital of Belgium and is the principal seat of the Belgian Royal Family and, also the capital of the European Union and if you intend to know after that it here is the place hotelbye . Brussels is a remarkably little, easy-going, and human-sized town for all their importance. Unlike anthers town using their hordes of tourists, Brussels is Belgium's principal economic and instructional center, which gives the city a far more workaday feel than different towns. Here, in Brussels, if you'd decide to go to, you will receive a correct sense for Belgian life, especially its fantastic cafe and café culture. Although Brussels might not need the celebrity attractions of other Belgian areas, the capital has plenty of to help keep readers occupied for a day or two with a clutch of world-class museums and art galleries, along with quirkier sights such as the Atomium, and some wonderful remnants of old structure in the old community quarter.

Why not take the train. Isn't it possible with the train from England to France (Paris) and from Paris take the train to Brussels. Good luck!
