lately my girlfriend has been tryin to get back with me after she got caught cheatin and actin strange with her friends. Now she said she handled her situation with the guy and it was a mistake but shes havin problem lettin her friends go! Now before one or some of you say im controlling let me say this, Yes I want her to do away from her friends, the 2 main ones shes been hangin with lately. Why? We have been together for 4 years and of those 4 her friends have been in the picture for the last year and a half and thats when we have had most of her problems. So I am sayin they are a distraction. Also I have been savin up for an engagement rings for her but if her friends influence her and i guess its safe to say her self-control is lackin pretty bad and if her friends are a distraction and goin to hinder our relationship and marriage i think they should go. Let me know hwhat you think and if she should let the friends go, how should they be addressed?

I think that you need to work up a discussion and work something together with her... try to see it from her side of the story, and how it would feel to lose friends that you had for four years. It might be good to try to work up a deal that helps you save your engagement and her friendship at the same time, don't try to be too controlling, since that usually destroys marriage
