Easily Silva....cuz he strikes with hands, knees and elbows...liddell just throws wild looping bombs and gets the highlight knockout, and he is more popular.

Silva is. He's had 14 KO's and leads Pride with the most number of KO's. Silva has also won more fights than Liddell has and had a longer winning streak (4 years) before he lost. I think Tito will win (if he can stay away from Liddell's punches until Round Three. After Round Three, he'll be okay since he is better conditioned than Liddell.)

This is kind of a toss up. They are both clearly the best two strikers in the UFC. Silva was very impressive against Leban and Franklin. I think we'll have to see more of him to get a better idea. Lidell, however, can knock out an opponent with a counter punch while backing up, which no one else can do. He is also the former North American kickboxing champion. I will say that Chuck is the better striker, until we see more of the middle weight champ.

I think it depends on who's ring they are in. In Pride, Wanderlei Silva is vicious but if he were in the octagon, you take some of his nasty moves away since the rules are different. Sakuraba/Silva could not happen that way in UFC. Having said that I say Silva is better because striking is knees, elbows, fists, feet. Chuck can knock you into next week with fist but he doesn't have the knees of Silva. Chucks fists vs. Silvas knees. I would rather have the fists. At least they have padding.

i would have 2 say silva strictly because he fights like all the time the guy fights and gets paid the minimum so he fights like at every event or the guy just likes 2 fight... chuck on the other hand lives at the beach with all his money and he only fights like every 2-3 months thats y i think matt hughes was a better champion... chuck is afraid 2 lose the belt...is some1 is better then u then they deserve the belt.

Liddel is the better striker but they are not in the same weight class any way.

Silva... man has a nasty ugly stance, but he has got arms like a monkey with knuckles that drag the ground, as well as a wicked hard hit.
