this is neither news or something that scripture deals with. I personally know 2 retarded christians and at least one of them should not be executed. He has been with me since 94 as a foster child and has faith and become an asset to society, which I think many could if someone went about that as a goal.
The other is our our president and while I myself would never consider executing him without a trial, I would understand if some disagreed with me.

He was convicted of MURDER, you didnt mention that.
Personally, AND politically, even though I support the death penalty, I would think he should NOT be exucted. It is stated in the article he does not understand his punishment, BUT, Id like more info on who and how he murdered, and if he is a threat to re-offend.

I know nothing about that.My mom is mentally handicapped and is treated well and alive.And all the christians I know treat evryone well That is what being christian is all about.Love and peace..

I think if there is a death penelty for murder it should aply to all and they fact they have a low Iq should not make a differance it is not save to relies them.

It depends if they are christians. If they are Christian we can't kill them according to the bible. Jesus said to only slay the non-believers.
