By healthy eating and Regular exercise.
Healthy eating : eat plenty of fruits and vegrtables. Drink minimum 1 litre water/day. Dont eat any junk food(sweets, oily food etc).
Maintain a calorie diary and make sure ur calorie intake is atleast 500 cals less than ur calorie output(calories spent) everyday.
Regular exercise: walking, gym exercises etc for atleast an hr every day.
Maintain a health diary and note down ur calories consumed, calories spent, exercise time spent everyday, and ur body weight(measure every 2 weeks) which will help u know how they affect ur body weight and will motivate u.

Get a copy of the food pyramid and follow it exactly as to what and how much you eat each day. Remember a portion of meat is the size of a deck of cards. Yep - that is it and you get no more till the next meal. Then you exercise in some form each and every day. Yes -each and every day. Every other day can be light - but you do have to exercise. If you do this the weight is lost forever - otherwise - welcome to the yo-yo.

take a woman, make her nude and then hold her up in your arms. YOU will never feel like letting her down. This will reduce your weight. Also this will result in some huge weight developing ion your center of gravity. Thus this weight in your arms and weight down below will reduce your weight
