I have several question for you. How long do you leave your dog unattended? Where is this dog that any one can get to it long enough to cut the pads off with out you hearing it happen. Why are you on line asking this question instead of being in the car going to the vet. My best answer to you is find a new home for this poor dog. and get a gold fish

Sounds awfully suspicious.......... How does someone cut the pads of a dogs foot? "Woops! I just accidentally sliced a gash into your paws!" ...I don't think so... What the he ll is this?
Take the poor thing to the vet and see about creams, bandages, meds and possibly stitches depending on how bad it is. Like humans, the foot is a hard part of the body to heal. Don't worry about spending the money, vets really aren't that expensive. Be a good owner and get the pet what it deserves.

Someone CUT??? the pads?? HOW could someone CUT the pads of a dogs foot? I have seen torn pads from being dragged from a car. I have seen cut pads from stepping on glass, but someone actually CUT the pads of your dogs foot?
You need to get her to the vet. Pads are too sensitive and exposed to many germs and dirt when wounded. She needs meds and you need advice on how to keep them clean and free from debris until the heal. This is cruelty and the "cutter" should be prosecuted. Poor dog!

before each and every thing, get a sparkling vet because your vet is stupid. an infection will be formed and so the wound needs interest. the in problem-free words element i visit claim is that i have heard the purely right element to sparkling wounds and eliminate undesirable issues in it (that would reason an infection) is sparkling chilly water. be careful once you do it, reason you do not choose it to initiate bleeding lower back or bleed extra. yet keep the wound sparkling and pay close interest to it. Watch how your canine behaves and note if he seems in soreness. yet, when you're concerned about him being abode on my own see in case you are able to employ someone (or get someone you comprehend) to be with him in the course of the day once you're away. perhaps employ a pal with out a job to in problem-free words be there once you're not to any extent further. ^^ yet mainly, i'd ask another vet for a 2d opinion. =O

If it's not too bad; you can put antibacterial cream/first aid cream on her pads and bandage them up. But pads on the feet take a LONG time to heal when they are cut
