I read about that case in Texas, it was a while ago wasn't it. Yes they still execute the mentally handycapped. Most people answering will not have a clue what you are talking about.
here is one link and they can search for more if they are curious.

Let he who has never sinned... kill the first person.
That's not only wrong to Christians, it should be wrong to everyone, for most people it is.
Mentally Handicapped people are some of the most spirit filled people I know, because they don't have such a motivation to sin as we do, they're like sweet children. God sees the inside, not the outside.

That"s all wrong ,definitely.
I"m catholic, and I"m against any kind of execution (death penalty)....
But killing a mentally handicapped..you"ve got to be a monster to do something like that

Hello.. :)
They same way I feel about Anyone being executed..it is wrong..Jesus came that we may have life..not death..
We are not to repay evil for evil..but to repay evil with Love..
How can we say we Love our enemies..and in the next step kill them...I have Never been able to understand that.. :(
Merry Christmas..To All..
With Love..In Christ.. :)

You are too crazy to even answer this question.
Wait! Hmmm. Maybe you are mentally handicapped and someone should execute you. Is that what you are getting at?

How do you feel about the execution of all the unborn babies, who just like you and me, were created by God?

It's just about as wrong as any state-sponsored execution. It's "playing God" and it's wrong. Period.
