Eggs are good sources of protein. Both parts have protein. The yolk is where the fat and cholesterol are.How it is cooked does not effect the amount of fat or cholesterol. Eggs contain vitamins and minerals.

The egg yolk is better than egg white. yolk contain nearly 93% of protein. but the white is rich in calcium.
Eating yolk not increase weight.

The yolk is high in cholesterol especially if you like it sunny side up, and dunk it with toast.. The white is the best source of protein. They are good for you, thats about it.

the white part doesn't have all the cholesterol in it, but the yellow part has the protein

both parts have protien but the yellow part has more of it. the yellow part is also where the fat is.
