Very seldom. You are not even twenty-one yet, you haven't experienced enough of life to have any meaningful conversation with a woman 13 years older than you. My guess is that she may think you're attractive and want to sleep with you, but you would be a boy toy for her. Would that work for you? LOL Most boys your age would jump at the chance! And she might be a great teacher your eventual wife would thank for instructing you!
So don't romanticize what is bound to be a sexual relationship.

In some instances it could but you also have to look at the gap between the two of you. You are in the prime of your life and have so many things to explore and she is what I would call "seasoned" meaning she has been where you are and is at the point where she wants to settle down, probably get married, and have kids... so you have to take all those things into consideration. For physical attraction, you two can hit it. But you cannot be level with her and her stage of life to have a working relationship. You can try, but you will see you two are at different stages of life. That means your needs, desires, and interests won't be the same.

Did you saw the movie Prime? If you haven't I think its the perfect advise I could give you, watch it! It's practically the same problem as yours, and it is very realistic.

yes there are times that it does but her age is a HUGE diffrence 13 years wow. but if you like her just atleast try its better to try then wonder
