Roses... if you do not know her specific taste... Color.. depends on your feelings... White- purity, Rose - romantic, Red -- passion... Yellow - at least in my country - parting...

Daisies, alstremeria or lilies
All tasteful but not romantic like roses.
However, yellow roses, based on color and tradition are thought to be a sign of good friendship, freedom and adornment
