What its a free gift. An easy concept. You ask him into your heart and confess your a sinner. You ask him to come into your life. Then you are happy for about two weeks and then the hard part starts. God starts to deal with some nasty stuff in a person. I have seen some saved people fall away, because they dpn't understand what is going on. God is regenerating them, trying to get rid of some junk, and they are fighting the process. All god is doing is making them more like him. I guess thats how a person knows they are really saved.

I am a living testimony He Indeed does! Not only does He save, but rescues, supplies and answers our cries, pleas and requests. There are (as in anything in life) requirements for this vital and eternal relationship, however, they are only things you would desire and expect for yourself. I don't think there is much that you could relate to me that would stunn or astound me. So it's first hand experience we're talking here! I am only one of timeless people with this testimony............Not just "church talk" Happy to elaborate...with the risk of sounding cheesy try it you'll like it after all what do you have to lose but what could you GAIN!!!!!

I believe Jesus has saved me. But, it a personal choice, Jesus will only save those who Believe in Him.
It like a person drowning, I can hold out my hand to pull them out of the water, but, if they choose not to take my hand, it their choice. Maybe they feel they can save themselves.

Yes he does.

16For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

17For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

18He that believeth on him is not condemned: but he that believeth not is condemned already, because he hath not believed in the name of the only begotten Son of God.
