Two of the main causes of a hangover are dehydration and vitamin deficiency. One way to PREVENT a hangover is to take a multivitamin (any cheap off brand will do... no need to waste expensive stuff on this) with a large glass of water before you go to bed. Note: I do know some people who have taken a multivitamin on a relatively empty stomach and gotten sick so be careful of that.

To cure a hangover, do the same thing except try to eat something with the multivitamin and water. And the more water the better. Basically try to pick something to eat that you'd eat if you had the flu (crackers, soup, etc.). That, along with a couple Tylenol should get rid of a hangover in about a half an hour or so.

Go to sleep when you wake up in the morning get out of bed and drinka glass of water or Gatorade or Powerade and take 2 more aspirins eat a banana and a apple and then drink a glass of milk for Vita. D the you will be cured.

STEP 1: To rehydrate your body, drink water like the fish you were the night before.

STEP 2: Eat mild foods, since your stomach right now is quite sensitive. Bananas, rice, applesauce and toast or soda crackers (BRAT) are all good options.

STEP 3: Check the label before you take a pain reliever to reduce any hangover-induced aches. Some pain relievers, including acetaminophen, aspirin and naproxen sodium, should not be used when alcohol is still in your system.

STEP 4: Rest to allow your body to recover from your revelry.

STEP 5: If alcohol has affected your relationship with others, your performance at work or your health, you are exhibiting signs of alcoholism.

Tips:

Drink lots of water and eat some bread or crackers before going to sleep if you expect to have a hangover in the morning. It may help.

Practice moderation. It's not healthy to drink to the point of dehydrating your body.

Drink a large glass of water or preferably gatorade or another sports drink..

Hangovers are caused by dehydration. You need to get your fluids built back up. The sports drinks replace electrolytes that drinking depletes.

you can go two ways...................

the 'good' way, which is healthier (but i dont think works as quickley,or is as fun) take some ibruprofen tablets with large quantities of gatorade/lucazade/iced tea with lemon- or anything that u can drink LOADS of,a nd have a ong shower - NOT BATH.

THE 'BAD' WAY: which is the ebst for a quick fix, and is loads more fun, even if in the long run it does make you feel *****!!!;
drink vodka and ginger ale or orange juice, id avoid coke and lemonade for the first few drinks.................also some speed should perk you up a bit too....................................

:-).............
