I don't think there is any "best age" but as a woman, I feel a girl should wait until it is the right time for her, and not just because her boyfriend wants her to, or because her friends are having sex. Wait until it is with someone you love and trust. I'm not the type of person that believes sex before marriage is wrong, but I do believe that it should feel right for the individual person, that it shouldn't be based on pressure. Personally, I was 20 years old when I first had sex for the first time, and I felt that it was the right time, and with the right person.

Around 17-19 is the right age to experience. I think people should wait to have sex, not because of marriage or anything, but because it feels much better when you are with someone you care for and who cares for you.
Too many young people just have sex because they've "found the right one!". But the truth is, most teenagers who end up having sex end up breaking up and dating other people.
So wait until the turmoil of teenage hormones is over, and you have a clear head. The 20's are much more exciting because you can think more clearly.

this is a very interesting question, a question that has vexed the minds of intellectuals for ceturies. there is no easy answer. recent surveys carried out at oxford university in england suggest that english boys normally start at the age of about nine, but girls start even earlier, often as young as five and a half. yes, thinking about volley-ball seems to start an ever earlier age nowadays.

You can't put an exact age on something like that. Alot depends on how mature you are because sex can complicate things. If you aren't sure then you probably aren't ready. But regardless what you decide to do, USE PROTECTION! No sex is worth dying over!

If you are still having questions about it and have posted the question here, then you are not ready...When you are, you will know...but I would have to say any time over the age of 18...

If you don't plan on waiting until marriage, then I would say wait till you are out of highschool. When you have sex, the chance of getting pregnant is always possible, and it's best not to let that chance interfere with your education.

Personally, I think 16 for the minimum is just fine. 15 is pushing it, and 14 is just... no.
I'm not into the whole "wait 'til marriage" thing. But for someone like me, 15 and who's never gotten real close to a guy, I suppose it doesn't matter to me much anyway.
