Northeast Pennsylvania. We're only 2 hours from Philadelphia & New York--so it's close to some big, fun cities, but far enough away we don't have to deal with all that hassle. We are surrounded by beautiful mountains, skiing, hiking, lakes, rivers, forrests. We also have great places to shop, eat and lots of things to do. All that, and the people are very down to earth and friendly. Oh, plus we get snow in winter, plenty of sun in summer, and the beauty of fall colors and spring rebirth. Ahhhh, my hometown!

Italy. Great architecture, beautiful countryside, and wonderful art. A place where I can read books and study philosophy. Eat real food and not processed stuff, and drink a great cup of coffee. I love Italy.

In the hills above Santa Fe, New Mexico, with my wife on a ranchero with it's own airstrip so my kids could come visit me.
