I think the 7 year itch is all about the fact that you feel comfortable with each other and have spoken about most things you can think of so the best advice to stir things up a little is to go out and experienece new things with each other.
Dancing for example. Or cookery classess. ANYTHING really. Im sure ther are things that youd love to do. Just go do them.
OR if you spend a lot of time with each other, try going out more apart and have fun with your mates. And after a night out you can come back and chatt about it to your partner and vice versa.
There is a whole world out there to experience together.

i wouls say its a falicy there is no suc h thing as the seven year itch,if there gonna cheat they will do it before 7 years./
