XL = Omega x L = 2 x Pi x f x L = 2 x Pi x 10 000 x 0.015 = 300 x Pi = 942 [Ohms], approximately. (Pi is slightly greater than 3.14 so the exact value would be a bit more, but the result is exact enough for engineering purposes, being well within 1%.)

X=2πνL
ν = frequency in hertz
X is the inductive reactance, measured in ohms
ν is the frequency, measured in hertz
L is the inductance, measured in henries
L = 15 mh = 1.5x10^(-6) h
ν = 10kHz = 10000 Hz
X= 2π[1.5x10^(-6)h](10000 Hz) = 0.0942 h/s
X = 0.0942 h/s = 0.094 Ω
