I don't wear too tight ponies and I dont like making partitions whiles tying a pony. I don't like leaving my hair lose too. I don't lose too much hair. Any suggestions?

maybe becuase you have a pony on thats whats causing it to break you should try Nexus Treatment with a good message.

That may be fully natural and unavoidable.
But, contact a doctor or try yoga(it is miraculously effective)
