maybe she realized that what she did is embarassing and that its coming to a point that you want to meet her and she does not want to, and rather stay just the way it is, talk in the phone and nothing else.

If you were starting to feel like you wanted to meet her maybe that was the problem. Maybe she is not who she told you she was. I would have to bet that she lied to you about what she looked like or about her weight, something of that nature. And now you really like her and want to meet her but she can't because then you will know she had lied to you. Better for her to just let it all go then to get caught in a big lie.
I think that maybe you should just move on and try meeting more honest people and maybe dating someone that you have seen before.

Try and write her a letter and RESPECTFULLY ask her if she could PLEASE tell you why she's so upset. If you really don't have any idea.... Who knows it may not even have anything to do with you. Maybe something else happened in her world that turned things upside down and now she has an altered perception.
If you really have no idea why she's upset, I'd pursue her GENTLY and try to be a true friend.
Sometimes the people that don't ask for help need it the most!

I am SURE there is more to this story than what you are telling us. Possibly, there's more to the story than what you even know. Try talking to her in person. See if you can figure out why she suddenly turned on you -- ask her friends if you need to. If you can't figure it out, or she refuses to see your side of it, then I think it's time to move on.

You have to get over her. Don't call her, stop being in touch with her, and call it quits. You don't want to be the stalker or the angry ex who calls all the time. Go work out, get good sleep, and prepare to get other women into your life.

This was probably due to a simple miscommunication wherein you cannot speak a lick of English. Take a class or watch cartoons and try again later.
