I would like to know if I can make finch incubator. I need to right away.?

If you do manage to get the eggs to hatch, How are you going to feed the young chicks?
Try to find some foster parents for the eggs rather than trying to hatch them in an incubator.
Zebra finches or Bengalese finches will usually sit on any eggs that are put in their nest.
