I have both and if you bath or shower 2 times a day this will help rid your body of outdoor and indoor alergys. change filters in your heating and cooling. always use air conditioning all the time and in your car, even if its not that warm out.

there is probably something that will be suggested, but please for asthma symptoms see a real Dr. and tell all that you have taken, if anything. Asthma can kill. Also, you may be having an allergy attack which could cause your breathing to be compromised and you need med help immediately.
