Eat half as much of the foods you've been eating, and pick ONE higher-calorie thing that you eat regularly, and cut it out completely for those two weeks. Come on, you can do it. Just think of the reward. LOL You might even keep those jeans lying over the back of a chair where you can see them all the time. Picture yourself at the end of two weeks, just sliiiiiiiiiding into those jeans. Two weeks. 14 little days. Do it.

pills..drugs...food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.

1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day

2.) drink lots of water

3.)exercise every day

4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep

I just lost 15 pounds in about a month and a half because I stopped eating snacks. I don't drink pop anymore, I don't get fast food and I only eat at mealtimes, not in between. I don't have dessert either. It's hard at first, but if you stick to it it becomes easier and it really works...fast!

Lunch: Apple/non-fat yogurt
Dinner: Fresh Salad without dressing and non-fat yogurt

Eat healtier, eat less, run for 20 minutes (or jog for 30). Drink water at places instead of soda. Just cut back on the small things and you WILL be small again, like you can still have dessert, just less of it. RESIST THE TEMPTATION! :)
