Fruit juice is OK but the best source of vitamins is the fruit and vegetables themselves. That way you get the fibre too.

It's not good to overdose on certain vitamins, but I wouldn't worry about having mixed juices cause that. A mix of equal amounts of any number of different juices will have the average vitamin contents of the juices, not an acumulation if that's what you're worried about. If the mixture is unequal the vitamin content will simply be that much closer to the juices that make up a larger percentage of the mix.

Try to eat naturally. Mixed fruit juice sounds unnatural, but every one drinks it, so maybe nothing to worry.
Don`t take vitamins or any supplements unless you`ve consulted a therapist. Taking too much vitamins may be detrimental to long term health. (Yeah, you ever played Digimon? It`s something like that you know.) If you care for health, make sure you take proper diet and do regular exercising. Discipline is the key.

Pediatricians say to not start up juice till 6 months... because of the fact juices could reason diarhhea. Giving juice won't and that i repeat, won't help her pass longer between feeding... if something, she will have the skill to be hungrier quicker. Juice isn't something better than flavored sugar. attempt upping the quantity of milk (formulation or breast) that she liquids at each feeding rather. How oftentimes is she eating??? around 4 month each 2 or 2 a million/2 hours is thoroughly standard. My 6 month previous eats 8 oz..each 2 a million/2 or 3 hours... plus solids. you in uncomplicated terms could desire to deal with it till they could devour finished nutrition and not greater bottle (a million twelve months..) additionally, that's unrelated.. yet look into rice cereal... it quite has no nutritional earnings, and could not help your toddler pass any further or sleep any further effective. What that's going to do is constipate the toddler and cause them to unhappy.

Vitamin poisoning, or hypervitaminosis, refers to a condition of high storage levels of vitamins, which can lead to toxic symptoms. The medical names of the different conditions are derived from the vitamin involved: an excess of vitamin A, for example, is called hypervitaminosis A.
High dosage vitamin A, high dosage, slow release vitamin B3 and very high dosage vitamin B6 alone, i.e. without vitamin B complex, are sometimes associated with vitamin side effects that usually rapidly cease with supplement reduction or cessation. Conversely, certain vitamins do not produce toxicity in excess levels. Vitamin C has been used in dosages over 100,000 mg for serious illness over 1000 times the daily recommended intake without ill effects. However, Vitamin C does have a pronounced laxative effect, typically when intake of vitamin C is in the range of 5-20 grams per day for a person in normal good health.
High doses of mineral supplements can also lead to side effects and toxicity. Mineral-supplement poisoning does occur occasionally due to excessive and unusual intake of iron-containing supplements, including some multivitamins. Hypervitaminosis with multivitamins is uncommon.

not at all, you can't "O.D." on vitamin C. But don't drink too much of it, there's quite a lot of sugar in most fruit juices.
However, you shouldn't take too many supplemental vitamins, like A, B, D, etc. Too much of those isn't good for you.
