I do not find your question to be offensive and I know my Witness friends would not either. They welcome any questions about their faith. My answer: I have been to many Kindgom Halls and they do have windows, though not many. It may be for reasons of privacy, so people cannot look in that them, or do avoid distractions to Witnesses during their meetings. Most religions buildings have stained glass windows, which allow light to come in but also allow for privacy.
BOOH- you get angry when somene asks a simple question about Witnesses but you freely attack Islam. Grow up girl. You are no better than any of the other ignorant fools here.

somewhat some do. the only in Altoona has residing house windows and it replaced into outfitted very last 365 days. I previous the dominion hall in Indiana Pa. and it has residing house windows besides. As for why some Kingdom Halls don't have residing house windows, there are good causes. listed right here are some to guage: a million. residing house windows are an extra fee. 2. residing house windows are exertions wide and structure slows right down to allow for the needed prep artwork. 3. residing house windows are susceptible to smash. as an social gathering the dominion hall my spouse's kinfolk attended had residing house windows. The community toddlers used the vehicle parking zone to play baseball and on a minimum of three activities residing house windows were damaged. there replaced into coverage to cover the wear yet then the coverage costs went up. i wish this enables.

Generally, a Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses is built without windows only in areas which tend toward hate crimes and vandalism against houses of worship. Sadly, it seems that the questioner must be from an area with a reputation for bigotry and lawlessness.
Jehovah's Witnesses are proven to be true Christians based upon the Witnesses' preaching work and the anti-Witnesses' bigoted hatred against them.
(2 Timothy 4:3-5) For there will be a period of time when they will not put up with the healthful teaching, but, in accord with their own desires, they will accumulate teachers for themselves to have their ears tickled; and they will turn their ears away from the truth, whereas they will be turned aside to false stories. You, though, keep your senses in all things, suffer evil, do the work of an evangelizer, fully accomplish your ministry.

We do.
Located on the corner of Albain Rd and S. Dixie (S Monroe St), Monroe, MI 48161. We just built it, oh, about 2 years ago.
4 windows on each side in the auditorium, and other windows throughout. Many, many halls have windows as well. Some don't.
Not all Kingdom Halls follow the same floor plan. Just like not all churches follow the same floor plan. Some of the links below show many photo's of Kingdom Halls, as well as one of the inside.
Sometimes, it's just due to vandelism. In order to project the speakers voice, we use sound amplification equipment, and in some areas, vandels break in to steal them, unfortunately.

I just helped build a Kingdom hall with windows.
Mostly it is because of vandelism. In another Kingdom Hall I attended, the windows were getting broken at a rate of 3 times a year.
I can assure it is not to hide anything from people. Everything Jehovah's Witnesses believe is in print and offered to people at no charge.
J.W.'s spend over 1 billion hours a year telling people what we believe and inviting them to the Kingdom Hall to learn more.

Because they are private people, like the Masons. They don't want people to look in on them.

They might feel cold or they don't want their prayers to fly out of the windows.
