The problem is I think she likes my bestfriend at work. When the three of us are together she is always flirting with him and laughing at every single thing he does, funny or not. The final straw came yesterday when for the second time she asked me if I was going to happy hour after work, only to ask my friend too, and say that she would only go if he went. This girl is not stupid. She knows I like her too but I'm unsure if she knows that it upsets me to see the two of them having such a good time together. When I'm around the two of them and they are sharing one of those moments I just get very silent and usually have to leave the area. Aside from avoiding them at all costs I don't have any idea what to do. Would I be out of line if I asked her to stop being so flirtatious with my friend at work while I am around the two of them because it affects my work? I don't want to stop them from getting together, I just don't want to see them together.

If there is nothing between you and this girl,you have no right to ask her to do anything.So you like her,and so does your friend,it would appear she is not interested in you and is interested in your friend.Get over it.Next time happy hour comes around you invite another girl and the 4 of you have fun.who knows once she See's you enjoying yourself and not jealous she might just become interested in you.But seriously Move on.As for the "are all women Evil" no not all but alot of us can be made evil by the things that our guy's do to us.but this girl is not being evil.she is having fun.with someone she finds interesting.
