what causes the back of my feet and my pams to itch?

i cant stand it any more, i have to have a brush near by to scratch!could it be the birth control injection?

Never scratch when it itches. I know it looks like madness but I have succeeded it. Whenever I feel like scratching , I take a pen and scratch the paper but not my body this way I avoid scratching. Secondly I take a crystal of alum and dip it in warm water and apply on the surface of the itiching place and leave it as it is . The alum is a great medicine for itching it removes the urge and also removes the skin problem.
