No you can't get any S.T.D.'s by having sex with someone who has cancer. Nor any other disease. I have thyroid cancer and am happily married with no problems of such. Any doctor will tell you the same thing.

S.T.D not only is with cancer but with other diseases like aids, gonnorhea.syphilis,etc,.one can get these through inheritnece also.but mostly one gets them only after an intercourse. not only intercourse but also through oral sex and anal sex.any form of unprotected sex(ie without the use of condom or diapraghm)would facilitate the transfer of and S.T.D virus!!!

Yes, you can get any disease that is transmitted my sex but you won't get cancer as it's not sexually transmitted. Have protected sex with anybody and everybody you sleep with. You life can end just as quickly from a STD as from cancer.

Well, you can't catch cancer from them if that's what you mean. Whether you can contract anything else depends if the person was infected with anything else.
