Perhaps you are not telling him strongly enough. Perhaps you have a stalker. Perhaps you need a restraining order.

Tell him you're pregnant AND have a sexually transmitted disease AND you want him to give you money (lots of it) AND you're gay. If the guy still is after you, THEN he's a nut case and you should get a restraining order.
On the other hand, if he's ok with everything you've said he might be the best thing around. If that's the case, tell the same things to your boyfriend and see where he stands...

just invite him to a meeting or some kind of outing but not Ur home then talk things over like adults and make him see why u were not meant for each other.let him know that u are and will always be his friend but that is just where and how u want it to be.if he really loves u,he would understand but if he doesn't just ignore him.

tell that person to leave you alone or you'll call the cops... be feirce and aggressive.. maybe he'll get the point.. if not then report him as a stalker to the police... he'll leave u alone once the police are involved.. believe me i've done the same thing..

then you really have to be a biatch about it! because some people just dont understand if you are nice to them about it. If being a b**** doesnt work, then you might need to talk to your bf about it. He should be able to take care of it.

try to be patient for a while, but if he continues then you should ask a mutual friend to have a quiet word with him. however, if that doesn't work and he is still bothering you some weeks from now you will have to take more drastic action ie have a word with his parents or something like that.

Well, you could always consider letting your boyfriend do the talking... I've found that intimidates stalkers most of the time.
