Basically its a lack of respect. The majority of kids now have very young parents and basically there is absolutely no discipline in the home. Kids here have far too many rights, and at the age of 16 can leave home, fall pregnant, get housing, and so the circle continues. Parents need to structure their childrens youth and half the problems would disappear! A sixteen year old is not mature enough to become a role model! It is society problem, and I reckon school need to control kids more, together with respect from their homes,we could have more improved society.

I'm not condoning under age drinking but please think about what your implying here (stereotyping all UK teens) by using a limited knowledge of what you have unfortunately experienced in your time here.
Not all UK teens are like this and not all UK teens are stupid.
Remember UK teens become UK adults.... am i still stupid?
Where abouts in the UK are you to see that at this time of day? Sounds a bit fishy to me!
But on a serious note, under age drinking is bad, although we've all been there, got the T-shirt and the majority of us have turned out fine the minority are the ones that need our time and worry, they're the ones that end up pregnant, turning to crime/drugs, homeless, alcoholics, or all of the above....

I'm a Kenyan based in Germany. Its just the same thing here and what really proves how blinded they are by evil is how not many of them know God.They'd rather follow any other theory but the Bible which is full of facts. You know
Germany has the best beer in the world and how they drink it here its like everydays a holidae.Where I'm from you'd get whooped for doing that unless you're eighteen and even if you are,as long as you live under your parents room,no choice is there left for you but to abide by their wishes until you get out.I respect you alot.

Welcome to Emperor Blair's Britain where is it wrong, illegal and immoral to discipline kids as it is against their Human Rights. Far better to let them roam around being a nuisance and causing trouble than to give them a thick lip and a firm back hand.
Thanks to Blair, his pond life, Human Rights mad, free loading, charity stealing wife, Cherie, that thieving Gordon, Blunkett, Jug ears Clarke and another useless jock, Reid, this country has become the total s*it hole that is it today. Terrorists, hate preachers, murderers, child killers, cop killers, peadophilies, rapists all get treated with kid gloves as though it is societies fault that these scum have turned into pond life, whereas the law abiding, tax paying citizen is treated with contempt by this inept, incompetent and corrupt governent!!! Look at the way they they dish out tax payers money to asylum seekers and criminals in jails providing them with all the latest luxury mod cons and in legal aid, while our soldiers get sent to fight a war on Blair's lies without the proper and necessary equipment while their families live in squaller and they get paid LESS than the minimum wage!!!!
Blair, his wife and the entire Labour Cabinet, over the past 10 years and current, should be charged with Treason against the Queen & country and hanged, publicly!

because the majoirty of kids in britain are given a free ride. of course it would be wrong to blame all of them, seeing as there are some who are well behaved and who conduct themselves in a proper and acceptable manner. but those who do misbehave and act as if they own the place and who resort to being rude and swearing at their elders, have no respect for anyone else and alas i'd say society is partly culpable for the problems and anti-social behaviour that is taking place in the UK right now

where are you from?? Do they not drink in your country?? Loads of countries have underage kids drinking - its not just Britain. Okay, Britain may be a binge-drinking society, but just so you know, not all teens are like this. There are some really stupid teens in Britain, but not everyone is like that.

Some parents can't control there kids as theres no discipline at home so they are mostly allowed to do as they please as there are laws now which stop children being told of and kids are so different now from when i was a child as we respected our elders and wouldn't dream of doing wrong as we also knew there was punishment if we did.

becuase the country is spirlling out of control, children cant deal with things, so they rebel, their parents cant handle them, so the childrens problems get worse, they rebel, they drink, and its like a circle, dont just blame the parents, every accident has to have a fuse
