YES you can,BUT not Wal-mart sue your folks cos they gave you the genes that caused you to have re action when sniffing flowers...ha ha!!
If I was Wal-Mart I would sue you for polluting the flower with your germs but since it's all hypothetical let's just sue everyone for fun, and the flower grower for damn well growing the thing....â¥

Yes, of course you can sue for the distress and mental anguish. Although you have little chance of winning and, even if you did win, it may be difficult to enforce the judgment as the flower would probably be dead by then and the flower's estate would be unlikely to have any assets.
