It's not okay to slap a girl anywhere, anytime. What you are talking about is sexual harassment. You don't have the right to put your hands on anybody when they don't agree to it. I know, some people are going to say if it's out of anger and she hits you first, then it's okay. No it's not. You always have the option to remove yourself from that situation. I've seen some angry girls beat the crap out of guys because they won't fight back. If you have to push them away to get away, go for it. Then press charges. If you smack a girl just to see her butt jiggle, you may be looking at trouble yourself.
