if you are less than 20 years of age do pull ups for 1/2 hour in the morning and in the evening. Eat rich food , apples , roasted almonds , cashew nuts, honey, do running and you will see that you are growing taller.

2.do cycling with seat adjusted such that your legs reach the pedal with difficulty by stretching
3.do lot of swimming

I think that you are predisposed to be a certain height and there is nothing really that you can do about it. Accept your height. There are definately advantages to any one.
