if you are less than 20 years of age do pull ups for 1/2 hour in the morning and in the evening. Eat rich food , apples , roasted almonds , cashew nuts, honey, do running and you will see that you are growing taller.

I think that you are predisposed to be a certain height and there is nothing really that you can do about it. Accept your height. There are definately advantages to any one.
