Be direct and clear with what you tell her. Dont tell her that and keep showing affection like you'd normally. That would be mixed signals and confusing as h*ll. Tell her directly and put some distance between you two.
Trust me I've been there. I had to go so far as to put on the Ice Queen ***** act so I'd stop getting 100 emails a day. Even though I cared (and still do) for him I had to put a lot of distance between us for him to move on.

Ok, you're aksing HOW to tell her and you're saying you've TRIED - well have you or haven't you? At some point you need to be crystal clear -
"I no longer feel the same way about you. I was once in love with you but my feelings have changed. I'm breaking up with you."
Harsh, I know, but you said it - she isn't getting the message from what sounds like half-hearted attempts.
You just have to bite the bullet - it s difficult thing to do but must be done. Don't string her along. Do it now.

Tell her in English. Spell it out loud. Dont try conveying to her in subtle messages.
And move on with ur life and out of ur current relationship for good.

sit her down and explain that you've been thinking a lot and you dont really feel its going the way you would have hoped and that that you dont feel the same way about her any more and ask if she feels the same way. if things have gone sour she will have noticed, then you can decide to go your own ways or to work at it and find out why this is so
