We've got a Jack and she is of the rough coated type - no way will you stop her moulting!

Ours doesn't wee when she gets excited, so it might be a good idea to take her to the vet to see if maybe she has a week bladder.

How old is she? If she is still about two or three years old, the chances are that she doesn't have full control of her bladder yet.

I am not sure what moulting is but the weeing I can address!
I have three dogs - all of which are either pure bred or JRT mixed. Our latest has the same little tinkle problem. If you go to the web site for the JRTA, they will describe this condition as "submissive urination". According to them, this is a common problem in JRT females up to age two or three. We have no clue how old ours is and she is still doing it.
You have a few options:
You can check her out with your vet and see if she has a UTI or if she may have week bladder muscles. There is medication for this. I would suspect, however that if she only wees when nervous or excited that this is not likely the cause.
You can try what we did ... please do not laugh ... we got her a diaper. Seriously. You can buy them at Petco. It is a simple little cloth number that has a hole for the tail and velcros on, just like a kids diaper. There is a place where you can put a disposable pad. (I use Carefree body shape pantyliners.) She got used to it fairly quickly.
Since we started this, I have had no tinkle on my couch or anywhere else! She has had a few submissive quirts, to which we just changed the pad. She has only had one full blown accident. It was cool because I only had to wash the diaper, not my rug. We have also noticed that her self esteem and confidence are actually better and her submissive tinkles have decreased. (yippee!!!)
If yo go this route, please remember to tell everyone not to make fun of her and to be very positive about it in front of her. JRT's are VERY intelligent dogs. You want her to believe that it is a good thing and not punishment.
Hopefully, with this as a tool, she will outgrow this sooner than later.
Good Luck!

She wees because she gets excited and will grow out of it. There is no way to stop them moulting, my JR loves to be hoovered with the nozzel on the vac and it cuts down on the fur all over the place.
