The mov file seems to be only 56Kb and runs off a folder called media which has about 2GB of video in it. Is this right for a 2 min long video?
How do I put this onto an XP computer

not very long for a video file
Anyway, if the file has the extension .mov you should still be able to play it on a windows pc, using Quicktime for Windows. Download Quicktime onto your windows pc computer. Quicktime plays many of Apples formats. even in Windows.
or you can purchase software to convert .mov to .avi or .wmp which is windows native format.
