She takes One source complete for woman (2 a day and one a day of the other vitamins), Calcium 600, Madnesium 250mg and Flaxseed oil to help with her high blood pressure and the Doctor has her on HCTZ 25 mg. I'm not sure what that is short for. What do you think?

I think it would be good if her doctor knows how many things she is taking. Alternately, why doesn't she take a prenatal instead of all that or just stick with One a Day? It would probably be alright.

HCZT is a high blood pressure medication. The other vitamins she is taking are just fine. The only thing I would question is why she is taking 2 of the Multivitamins. I belive the dosage is only 1, but 2 will not kill her. If her diet is a well balance one she would only need 1 multivitamin. I myself take a vitamin where the dosage is 2 a day and I take 3. So rest at ease, she is doing fine.

That's small potatoes compared to what I take every day :) Relax, she's doing fine.
