my intention is N-pole Vs N-pole magnets develop repulsion force if they are placed in the shock absorber of a bike, the total wt. of the bike is neutralised (since the total wt. of the bike is transfered to the wheel is through shocks)which will reduce the load on engine and we can save fuel . what is the proceedure and strength of the magnets required to achive this result.

Nothing, The size of the magnet's repell force is dependent on its size, you would need magnets 3 time larger then the motorcycle. Perhaps Electro-Magnets are the way to go though, but how are you going to generate the high-voltage to power them?

Keep in mind that a shock absorber "ABSORBS". When you hit a bounce, the spring keeps you from bottoming out but there is a piston in a fluid that stops you from bouncing for ever.. It's called a damper and it turns your bouncing energy into heat in the shock. This helps your ride to be more stable and its there for safety. One of the tests for bad shocks (dampers) on a car is to push down and let go. If the shock is good the car just rises. If the damper is shot the car tends to bounce up and down.

You need weight for traction.

So please do not do anything like this, most magnets will not do any thing but create a big problems.
