key stuck in ignition of Renault Megane caused by immobiliser help?

Hi there, we had another megane in our workshop today and after taking some advice ourselves, we simply charged the battery and out came the key and we were then able to disable immobiliser using key and the car started 1st crank

hold the clutch down, turn streering wheel to the right or the left and try starting the car. once started turn the engine off and remove the key. if it still doesn't work you mite need a mechanic.
