Before the panic starts, go eat some protein - tuna or salmon but peanut butter (if you are not allergic) may help. Also have a cookie or a cracker (hold some under your tongue after chewing, for a minute or so) and some water.

If this helps stop the panic attack before it starts, or lessens it, it is because panic attacks may be linked to low blood sugar, and protein helps level blood sugar out.

Try to relax and think what is really bothering you. My life philosofy is:be cool! Everything is going to be fine. You just have to try a litlle bit taking one step at a time. Go out, see a movie a play, take a walk. If that doesn't help talk with a proffesional, cool thing to do.
