which is better to go?

I did 3 years of 6 years medical course in Russia due some reasons I didn't complete it. Please tell me if continuing my medical course in under-developed country like Russia is better or to start with a new course like nursing, health science in a developed country is better?

finish what you have begun, it doesn't matter where; become a good doctor and then you may get the chance to go to a more 'developed' country as you say, for a Master;)
