You can use sauna belt. Many advertisements came involving this also. You can also go to gym and get some of your weight loose.
Go for jogging and do exercise in the morning and a slow walk at night after eating food to burn up your calories. Don't do fast walk or running after dinner, otherwise you will not be able to get a good sleep. And at last take a balanced and a healthy diet.
You can contact me whenever you have any problem. I am your friend.

Start eating properly, eat a lot but not junk food and such. Iknow everyone says that but fruits and vegetables are the best way to go. If you don't like them (like me) try eating a banana or an apple, they are more plesent I think. Also if you can't live without chololate you can have an energy bar with your coffe much like a desert. Finally exersice but in a cool and fun way. Walk. And remember the best way to lose weight is slowly!!! The slowest you lose the better.

pills..drugs...food..everyone misses the most important aspect..exercise...if people would exercise more they would not have to worry so darn much about food...Are you really serious about doing this? We are talking about hard work. Putting down your little debbies, getting off your butt and not only going on a diet but EXERCISING!!! Even if you lose the weight it will come right back if you do not have the desire and motivation to not only look cute but to be healthy. it is going to take alot of inner strength I can assure you of that.
1.) eat 4-5 small meals a day
2.) drink lots of water
3.)exercise every day
4.) do not eat 4-6 hours before you sleep
