lots of clothes and try to not sitt still if you're out if you are at home you can use platic bottles with warm water to get warm sure works

A down filled coat is good and use loose layers of clothing. I was in Antarctica for a couple of years so I know how to keep warm.

layres of clothing is the best. t-shirt.shirt,sweater, heavier sweater, coat, hat.(holds in the heat), long underwear, socks, boots that are not to tight (will cut off the circulation if too tight) the more layres the better...hat is key...
