my programme is window xp and my email is bt yahoo how do i set up an out of office automated email?

If you use Outlook Express you can set up an auto responder via the message rules menu.

Just type Auto Responder in Outlook Express into Google and you shuld find a site giving you step by step instructions.

OK, I logged into Yahoo Mail, and in the top right corner of the mail screen, there is Options with a little arrow. Click on that, and choose "Mail options". There is an option called Holiday Response, and all you have is "Enable auto-response during your holiday" - I guess you can't define the actual mesage?
