absolutely. a lot of the girls i know are better at footy than my mates and should be able to play for any team theyre good enough to get into. im also behind women as officials, theyre less biased.

Yes women should be able to because they can beat so many guys even. Like when girls play, the get knocked down and then get right back up. Guys dive and when they get hit they pretend there down for a while.. not saying all but a lot do this. Then again guys have less drama out on the field. Girls rule at soccer!!!!!

Well it's not going to be banned but as a spectator sport it is pitiful.
The goalkeeping is good comedy value and both the pitch and ball are clearly too big for women.
It is always going to be on the margins and an average pub team of blokes would beat any international women's team.
It really is an embarrassment on TV and should not be shown at all.
Enjoy your football but it's not very good is it?

would like to say yes but there just isnt the interest from the media. The only thing they show is the cup final.

why not, if you enjoy it. Ive seen some reasonable female footy players, i wouldn't get too serious about a professional career tho as i don't think many people would be prepared to pay to watch it week in week out.

Yep, women making tea at half time is fine, women playing with themselves is fine, women ever thinking they will be good enough to play top level football is just dreaming though!

YES! I'm in the varsity football team of our school. It just goes to show that girls can kick as much butt as guys can! :]

Don't see why not, do you mean as mixed teams or ladies teams
I know women play rugby, therefore football should be a breeze , (providing they have an equity card also!)
